Hello Internet!
Glake here, and today’s one of those slowish, sluggish, dragging Wednesday’s for me. Happens every now and then, especially when a day that you’ve been anticipating for quite some time is coming up quick; you often just want to be lazy until that day hits!
But enough about me! Hopefully you all are doing well this Wednesday!
Today we are featuring another smaller project over on KickStarter, one that I’ve found a bit eye-catching, so let’s jump into it!
Today’s “KickStart Me!” features a photographer by the name of Lindsey Harline, she’s quite talented!
Currently continuing her education in college, Lindsey is enrolled in an entrepreneur class, and seeks to use the knowledge she has learned to turn her passion of photography into a career! However…Lindsey has never owned a real camera in her entire life!
Despite the many beautiful photo’s Lindsey has taken, and the various prints she has sold, Lindsey has not yet owned her own camera, as all of her photo’s and prints are the product of an IPhone 5C camera, and a ton of good talent.
She has since taken to KickStarter with the hopes of furthering her career, and improving her photography by receiving funding for an actual full fledged camera.
I was inspired to come to Kickstarter, though I’m very shy in asking for, or receiving attention, AND exposing my secret of never actually owning a proper digital camera in my life. So I humbly ask for your support and help. I have set a goal of earning 1,000 US dollars, which is a typical price of a good Canon camera. I will NOT be offended if I do not reach my goal, but I appreciate your help more than you know. Thank you again.

While many people may tilt their heads at this project, I must say that her work speaks for itself, she is in fact very much deserving of an actual camera to further advance her photography career.
